GemiAd offers: how they work, what its cents are worth, and how you get paid
GemiAd is one of the three offerwall networks behind the advertiser offers on Valyxtra (the others are Offerwall.GG and Lootably). This page explains what it is, what the rewards on its wall are worth, and how they reach you. Valyxtra is a reward site that uses GemiAd's wall; it is not part of GemiAd, and this page is ours, not GemiAd's.
What GemiAd is
GemiAd is an offerwall network. Advertisers, such as app and game makers or online services, pay for a particular action: installing an app and reaching a level, signing up, starting a trial. GemiAd collects those offers and shows them on a "wall" that reward sites place on their own pages. When you complete an offer, the advertiser pays GemiAd, GemiAd pays the reward site, and the reward site passes part of that to you.
So on Valyxtra you do not have an account with GemiAd and it does not pay you directly: Valyxtra does. Any question about your balance or a withdrawal goes to us.
How the wall works on Valyxtra
Sign in, verify your email, and open Earn, then GemiAd. The wall opens inside the page. GemiAd does not get your name or email from us: it sees a random code that stands for your account, plus what any website sees (your connection and browser). An offer you start may take you to the advertiser's own site or app store, and what you give there goes to the advertiser.
Which offers you see depends on your country, your device and the day; some are for phones only, some for one country only. A very large reward on a single offer is not credited automatically: a person checks it first, which takes longer.
What the cents on the wall are worth
GemiAd's wall shows each reward in US cents, not in points: 70 cents is US$0.70, and 1.1K cents is about US$11. That number is your reward: it is what Valyxtra credits to your wallet, in US dollars, when GemiAd reports the offer complete. Your wallet shows dollars, so a reward of 250 cents on the wall appears there as US$2.50.
Some offers pay in steps, for example one reward for reaching level 5 in a game and another for level 20. Each step is a separate reward in your history, credited when GemiAd reports it. GemiAd is new to us and we are still checking how it reports steps, so if a step you finished does not appear, write to support (see below) and we will look into it.
What an offer asks of you
Each offer states its requirement, for example "install and reach level 10 within 14 days" or "register and confirm your email". Usually only that action counts, and only if you do it after clicking the offer on the wall, within its time limit, and as a new user of that app or service. Read the requirement before you start; if it is unclear, skip the offer.
Some offers ask for a free trial, a purchase or an application for a financial product. Valyxtra never asks you for money, but an advertiser can. Do only what you would do anyway, and cancel a trial before it charges you if you do not want to keep it. GemiAd has no setting that removes casino or betting offers from a wall, so we switch them off on ours one by one: casino and slots, betting, sweepstakes and prize draws, and games played for real money. New offers arrive every day and are checked each day, so one can appear before it is switched off. If you see an offer that asks you to gamble, do not take it and tell support, so we can switch it off.
How a reward reaches your wallet
When an advertiser confirms your action, GemiAd tells Valyxtra's server directly; nothing you click in the browser can add a reward. Some offers confirm within minutes, others take days (an app level, a trial that has to run). The reward appears in your wallet as pending.
GemiAd rewards are held for 30 days, not the usual 72 hours, while GemiAd has not yet paid us. The network is new to us, and it pays the sites that use it in arrears, 30 days after the end of each month, so this hold can end before its first payment reaches us. After the hold the reward becomes available to withdraw, and every withdrawal is reviewed by a person before it is paid.
An advertiser can reject a completion after the fact (a cancelled trial, a refund, a second account, a VPN). GemiAd then reverses it and we take the reward back; the reversal shows in your history. If that happens after the hold has ended, the reward is deducted from your available balance; if you have already withdrawn it, your next rewards cover the difference first. We never take money from your Payoneer account.
When an offer does not credit
Offers are tracked through the link you click on the wall. Tracking is often lost when an ad blocker or strict privacy setting blocks the advertiser's tracking, when you install the app from the store without clicking the offer first, when the app was installed on that device before, or when you switch device or browser midway. Turn off the ad blocker for the offer, start every offer from the wall, and finish it on the same device.
If an offer or a step you completed does not appear after the time it states, write to support with the offer's name, the step, the time you finished it and, if you have one, a screenshot of the step you reached. We pass it to GemiAd; only the advertiser can confirm a completion.
Keeping your rewards
Use one account, your own device and your real location: Valyxtra's Terms forbid VPNs, proxies, emulators and second accounts, advertisers reject completions that come through them, and every withdrawal is reviewed by a person. Breaking those rules ends with the rewards reversed and the account closed. No offer needs your Valyxtra password, and none should ask you to pay a fee to receive a reward.
Where Valyxtra stands
Valyxtra opened in October 2026. Its partner networks are two survey walls, CPX Research and RapidoReach, and three offerwalls of advertiser offers, Offerwall.GG, GemiAd and Lootably; other networks are still reviewing our applications. Rewards from Offerwall.GG, GemiAd and Lootably are held for 30 days, and rewards from RapidoReach for 60 days, not 72 hours, until that network has paid us for the first time. We have not paid any user yet, and the first withdrawals may have to wait: Payoneer lets an account pay other Payoneer customers only after it has received US$500 in payments from outside Payoneer, and we do not yet know whether ours has.
