Terms of Service

1. The service

Valyxtra ("we", "us") is a marketplace for verified human attention, operated as a trade name by an individual operator. We present voluntary activities (offers, surveys, and other campaigns) supplied by third-party advertising networks ("providers"). When a provider confirms that you completed an activity, we credit a reward to your Valyxtra balance, which you may withdraw through the methods we offer.

We do not employ you, guarantee any level of earnings, or promise that any specific activity will be available. Rewards are paid from advertising budgets; the availability and value of activities vary by country, device, and demand.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (16 in jurisdictions where local law permits with parental consent) and live in a country we serve. Our eligibility page lists excluded countries and regions. One account per person.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done with your account. You must provide a real email address and a real country of residence.

3. Rewards, reversals and holds

A reward is credited only after a provider confirms completion. Providers can later reverse a completion (for example, when an advertiser reports fraud or a chargeback). If a provider reverses an activity you were rewarded for, the reward is deducted from your balance — including after you have partially withdrawn it, where our records support it. We hold new rewards for a short period before withdrawal to protect the pool against reversals.

We may reject or adjust a reward if we reasonably suspect manipulation, including: VPNs or proxies used to appear in a different country, emulators, multiple accounts, or automated activity. Repeated or serious abuse leads to account suspension and forfeiture of unredeemed rewards.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are reviewed manually and paid through the methods listed on the withdrawal page. Minimums, fees, and processing times are shown there and may change. You are responsible for the accuracy of your withdrawal details and for any taxes on rewards you receive.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• abuse, defraud, or reverse-engineer the platform or its providers;
• create fake or duplicate accounts, or complete activities for others;
• use tools that fake device, location, or completion signals;
• attempt to breach our systems or those of our providers;
• use the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost rewards, lost profits, or damages arising from provider actions, downtime, or your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under your local consumer law.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site. Continuing to use Valyxtra after a change means you accept it.
