Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: email address, country of residence, hashed password.
• Session and security data: IP address, browser user-agent, device characteristics, and request timestamps (kept for fraud prevention, rate limiting, and security).
• Activity data: which activities you view and complete, rewards earned, and withdrawal requests — this is the bookkeeping the service runs on.
• Support correspondence when you contact us.

How we use it

• To operate the marketplace: credit rewards, process withdrawals, reconcile the ledger, and provide support.
• To prevent fraud: detect duplicate accounts, location spoofing, and automated activity; review withdrawals manually.
• To secure and improve the service: security monitoring, error diagnosis, and aggregate (non-identifying) analytics.

What we share

When you start or complete an activity, its provider learns that an anonymised user of our platform performed it — we never send providers your email, name, or Valyxtra user ID. Providers set their own privacy terms for the activities themselves.

We use Cloudflare services (Turnstile bot protection and analytics, where enabled) which process some request data under Cloudflare's own policies. We use a third-party email service to send verification and notification mail. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Financial records (reward and ledger history) are kept as long as required for accounting and dispute resolution. Session records are kept for a limited security period. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data unless we must retain records for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to processing. Contact [email protected] with the subject "Privacy request".
