CPX Research surveys: how they work and how you get paid

CPX Research is one of the two survey networks behind the paid surveys on Valyxtra; the other is RapidoReach (its guide). This page explains what it is, what happens when you take one of its surveys, and how the reward reaches you. Valyxtra is a reward site that uses CPX's survey wall; it is not part of CPX Research, and this page is ours, not CPX's.

What CPX Research is

CPX Research is a survey network. Market research companies want answers from particular groups of people; CPX collects their surveys and offers them through a "survey wall" that reward sites and apps place on their own pages. When you complete a survey, the research company pays CPX, CPX pays the reward site, and the reward site passes part of that to you.

So on a reward site you do not have an account with CPX and CPX does not pay you directly: the site you signed up with does. Any question about your balance or a withdrawal goes to that site.

How the survey wall works on Valyxtra

Sign in, verify your email, and open Earn, then CPX Research. The wall opens inside the page. CPX does not get your name or email from us: it sees a random code that stands for your account, plus what any website sees (your connection and browser).

The first time, CPX usually asks some profile questions (such as age, country, work and household) so it can offer surveys you are likely to qualify for. Answer them truthfully: surveys ask the same things again, and answers that do not match are a common reason a survey ends early or a reward is later taken back.

Why a survey ends early

Each survey starts with a few screening questions. If you are not in the group the buyer wants, or that group is already full, the survey ends: a screen-out. It happens often and is normal. CPX sometimes pays a small amount for a screen-out; when it reports one with a value, Valyxtra credits it like any other reward.

Which surveys you see, and how many, depends on your country and language. In some countries there are many every day, in others few.

What CPX points are worth

CPX Research has no points of its own. Each site that places its wall chooses the name of the reward (points, coins, cents, dollars) and how many of them stand for one US dollar of what CPX pays that site. So "1,000 points" on one site and "1,000 points" on another can be worth very different amounts. Look for that site's own exchange rate, and if a site does not say what its points are worth in money, ask before you spend time on it.

On Valyxtra the CPX wall shows rewards in US dollars, and the amount it shows matches what we credit to your wallet (our share is already taken out). There is nothing to convert.

Are there answers that get you through?

No. Lists of "CPX survey answers" that promise to get you past the screening questions do not work, and they can cost you your rewards. The screening checks whether you are in the group a buyer wants and whether that group is still open, and the answer that fits one survey can be the wrong one for the next. Surveys also ask the same thing in different ways and compare your answers with your profile; answers that do not fit are a common reason a completed survey is rejected later and its reward reversed.

What does help: answer the profile questions truthfully and keep them up to date, so the wall offers you surveys you qualify for, and give each question the time it needs.

How a reward reaches your wallet

When a survey counts, CPX tells Valyxtra's server directly; nothing you click in the browser can add a reward. The reward appears in your wallet as pending, in US dollars, and is held for at least 72 hours before you can withdraw it.

The research company checks answers after you finish. If it rejects a completion (failed attention checks, answers far too fast, contradictions), CPX reverses it and we take the reward back; the reversal shows in your history. That check can come weeks later, after the 72-hour hold has ended and the reward was released. The reward is then deducted from your available balance; if you have already withdrawn it, your next rewards cover the difference first. We never take money from your Payoneer account. If a reward you expected does not appear after a few hours, write to support with the time you finished the survey.

Keeping your CPX rewards

Read every question and answer as yourself. Use one account and your real location: Valyxtra's Terms forbid VPNs, proxies and second accounts, survey buyers reject answers that come through them, and every withdrawal is reviewed by a person. Breaking those rules ends with the rewards reversed and the account closed. No survey needs your passwords, card numbers, a payment or your national ID number; leave any that asks.

Where Valyxtra stands

Valyxtra opened in October 2026. Its partner networks are two survey walls, CPX Research and RapidoReach, and three offerwalls of advertiser offers, Offerwall.GG, GemiAd and Lootably; other networks are still reviewing our applications. Rewards from Offerwall.GG, GemiAd and Lootably are held for 30 days, and rewards from RapidoReach for 60 days, not 72 hours, until that network has paid us for the first time. We have not paid any user yet, and the first withdrawals may have to wait: Payoneer lets an account pay other Payoneer customers only after it has received US$500 in payments from outside Payoneer, and we do not yet know whether ours has.
