RapidoReach surveys: how they work, what its cents are worth, and how you get paid

RapidoReach is one of the two survey networks on Valyxtra (the other is CPX Research). This page explains what it is, what the rewards on its wall are worth, and how they reach you. Valyxtra is a reward site that uses RapidoReach's survey wall; it is not part of RapidoReach, and this page is ours, not RapidoReach's.

What RapidoReach is

RapidoReach is a survey network. Market research companies want answers from particular groups of people; RapidoReach collects their surveys and offers them through a "survey wall" that reward sites and apps place on their own pages. When you complete a survey, the research company pays RapidoReach, RapidoReach pays the reward site, and the reward site passes part of that to you.

So on Valyxtra you do not have an account with RapidoReach and it does not pay you directly: Valyxtra does. Any question about your balance or a withdrawal goes to us.

How the survey wall works on Valyxtra

Sign in, verify your email, and open Earn, then RapidoReach. The wall opens inside the page. RapidoReach does not get your name or email from us: it sees a random code that stands for your account, plus what any website sees (your connection and browser).

RapidoReach can also show advertiser offers next to its surveys. We have switched those off on our wall, so it shows surveys only; for advertiser offers, Valyxtra has its offerwalls.

RapidoReach's wall first asks you to complete a short basic profile (gender, postcode, city, date of birth and country) so it can offer surveys you are likely to qualify for. Answer truthfully: surveys ask the same things again, and answers that do not match are a common reason a survey ends early or a reward is later taken back.

What the cents on the wall are worth

RapidoReach's wall on Valyxtra shows each reward in US cents: 70 cents is US$0.70. That number is your reward, rounded to a whole cent: it is what Valyxtra credits to your wallet, in US dollars, when RapidoReach reports the survey complete (our share is already taken out). Your wallet shows dollars, so a survey of 150 cents appears there as US$1.50.

Other sites that use RapidoReach choose their own reward name and rate, so the same survey can show a different number there.

Why a survey ends early

Each survey starts with a few screening questions. If you are not in the group the buyer wants, or that group is already full, the survey ends: a screen-out. It happens often and is normal. RapidoReach sometimes pays a small amount for a screen-out or a full group; when it reports one with a value, Valyxtra credits it like any other reward, and when it reports one without a value, nothing is credited.

Which surveys you see, and how many, depends on your country, your language and the day. In some countries there are many every day, in others few.

How a reward reaches your wallet

When a survey counts, RapidoReach tells Valyxtra's server directly; nothing you click in the browser can add a reward. The reward appears in your wallet as pending.

RapidoReach rewards are held for 60 days, not the usual 72 hours, while RapidoReach has not yet paid us. RapidoReach pays the sites that use it in arrears, on terms it calls Net-60, and it is new to us. After the hold the reward becomes available to withdraw, and every withdrawal is reviewed by a person before it is paid.

The research company checks answers after you finish. If it rejects a completion (failed attention checks, answers far too fast, contradictions), RapidoReach reverses it and we take the reward back; the reversal shows in your history. If that happens after the hold has ended, the reward is deducted from your available balance; if you have already withdrawn it, your next rewards cover the difference first. We never take money from your Payoneer account.

Are there answers that get you through?

No. Lists of survey answers that promise to get you past the screening questions do not work, and they can cost you your rewards. The answer that fits one survey can be the wrong one for the next, and surveys compare your answers with your profile. Answer truthfully and give each question the time it needs.

If a survey you finished does not appear after a few hours, write to support with the time you finished it. We pass it to RapidoReach; only the research company can confirm a completion.

Keeping your rewards

Use one account, your own device and your real location: Valyxtra's Terms forbid VPNs, proxies, emulators and second accounts, research companies reject completions that come through them, and every withdrawal is reviewed by a person. Breaking those rules ends with the rewards reversed and the account closed. No survey needs your Valyxtra password, and none should ask you to pay a fee to receive a reward.

Where Valyxtra stands

Valyxtra opened in October 2026. Its partner networks are two survey walls, CPX Research and RapidoReach, and three offerwalls of advertiser offers, Offerwall.GG, GemiAd and Lootably; other networks are still reviewing our applications. Rewards from Offerwall.GG, GemiAd and Lootably are held for 30 days, and rewards from RapidoReach for 60 days, not 72 hours, until that network has paid us for the first time. We have not paid any user yet, and the first withdrawals may have to wait: Payoneer lets an account pay other Payoneer customers only after it has received US$500 in payments from outside Payoneer, and we do not yet know whether ours has.
